Maintenance:

A recommended maintenance plan for each product is included in the service book that accompanies your purchase.  

Service centres can be located on our Service Centre page, bookings can also be made by completing the contact form. An agent will contact you to assist in arranging your booking.

Repair:

All repairs need to be done through Bioelek or a approved service centre for warranty claims to be processed. Please contact info@wrb-global.com for more info

A quotation procedure for repairs will be followed if you warranty period has expired.

Product Warranty:

Bioelek offers a 1 year warranty on our products.

Details of coverage as per warranty card provided on purchase of each product.

Damage not covered under warranty:

• Abuse
• Rain damage
• Physical & environmental damaged
• or not operating unit within proscribed environments as per warranty card
