What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All shipping is done via The Courier Guy, Gauteng deliveries are free and those out side Gauteng is calculated via our portal.
How do I place an Order?
Just add the item to your cart, on check out your will be directed to payfast to write your delivery address and make payment. A confirmation email is immediately send to your confirming your order.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payfast allows for credit and debit card and EFT.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping via the website but you can contact us on sales@bioelek.co.za for a quote
What is the warranty on the products?
All product carries a 1 year or 500 hours operation warranty, which ever come first. Batteries only carry a 6 month garante.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes we are using one of the best trusted payment service suppliers in South Africa namely Payfast. They are accredited with all South African financials institutions.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
If you are in Gauteng we will send out a technician to inspect your unit at your premisses. If warranty claim he will take the unit, repair it and return it. If not a quotation will be given for the repair of the unit
How do I return an item or request repair?

What oil does the Units use?
Recommended engine oil: SAE SL 15W-40
Recommended engine oil grade: API Service SL type or higher
Engine oil quantity: 0.60 L
Best place to get is Midas or similar Auto motive supplier
Does Units use Petrol or Diesel?
All units are 4 stroke mean like our car you need to put oil in a separate intake and replace depending on use / time
All units are petrol - always use Unleaded Petrol
Can it run my house?
Yes - Every house is different because off wiring and appliances power use. Here are some guide lines.
2kVA not made to run a house, beset use to run 2 laptops and internet connection OR internet and 1 TV (never put a Kettle on this unit)
3kVA, can run 1 to 2 fridge of power level A or better, together with Wi-Fi TV and a computer OR as kettle alone
3.7kVA run 2 fridges (1 being a double door) with internet, computer / laptops, +1 of -air fryer - 1 induction plate - coffee machine - Microwave
Do BioElek have a store where I can view / buy generators?
No, we are 100% e-commers sellers and only sell via our website and deliver straight from our JHB warehouse to you
